Brickworld

Last weekend Dad, Steven, and I went downtown to an event called Brickworld. No, this is not a construction worker's convention; it's an event sponsored by Lego users' groups, featuring massive Lego displays. These came fully equipped with self-propelling units, light and sound effects, and all-around awesomeness.

Didn't take a lot of pictures, but I did capture my favorite Lego display of our own Lucas Oil Stadium! Look beyond the stands filled with hundreds of Lego characters to see if you can spot the ref, locker room, retractable ceiling, and man peeing in a urinal (as Dad made me look for...).

I wish there were more displays of the movie pictured below. Unfortunately, this was just a random loner off in a corner that we found. Can anyone tell what movie it's from?? I know Christopher would be able to...

After ninety minutes of tight spaces and loud noises, we reached the unanimous decision that Brickworld is not an annual event and probably won't be visited again by us until our (nonexistent!) kids are old enough to appreciate it. Then Papa Steve can take them... :-)
