Our summer of fun didn’t stop after we got back from North Carolina. The next day a couple friends (Mandy and Stephanie) and I went to the GLEE concert downtown! (We left the ball and chains at home...)
We started off the evening with a delicious dinner downtown at Mesh, where Stephanie's little sister joined us.
On our way to the concert from dinner, we swung by Dad's new condo to check it out and have a drink. It is awesome!!! We couldn't stay long because the show was starting soon, and by the time we got to Conseco, we were super pumped!
The concert was GREAT!! I think I got sore from chair dancing... Guess now I know how the actor who plays Artie feels. :-)
They performed all the favorites like Don't Stop Believin, Somebody to Love, Safety Dance, Jesse's Girl, and of course...Single Ladies!
Even Blaine and the Warblers came!!!!!!!!!!!! SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The evening ended wonderfully after we went back to Dad's place for a drink under the stars on their rooftop terrace. It was a great evening with great company all-around!!! Thanks for a great night, ladies!!!
